We offer family houses in two versions: a 4 room variant with a study and two parking spaces and a 5 room variant with a garage and a parking space.
The houses range in size from 107 to 152 m2 and are two-storey, with a flat roof. Each has its own garden with a terrace. We use modern materials and technologies for the construction. We think about nature and environmental friendliness, so each house is ready for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
In selected houses, photovoltaics are already included in the price and these houses have PENB "A".
The standards include, among other things, efficient gas boilers, triple-glazed windows, preparation for air conditioning and window blinds, and rainwater tanks in the garden. The project plans two electric car fast-charging racks.
The houses are already approved and ready to move in.
RESIDENTIAL HOUSES KBELIČKY
We offer flats with well-thought-out layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. 90% of the flats are designed with terraces, balconies or front gardens with wooden terraces, flats on the top floor have generous terraces.
Underfloor heating in the living rooms and hallway or plastic windows with thermal insulation triple glazing are a matter of course. The apartments on the 1st floor will be ready for the installation of exterior blinds in all living rooms, the higher floors in the south and west facing living rooms. In addition, the apartments on the 4th floor will be prepared for the installation of air conditioning in all living rooms.
The apartment buildings, like the single-family homes, are designed with an emphasis on creating energy-efficient housing. 100 photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, which will be used for common electricity consumption and, in case of surplus, for heating and hot water.
